What do we train for?! At first thought we train just to look good. But training and nutrition isnt just about looking good. Its about feeling good. Its about improving your health and longevity. Minimizing health risks and injuries as you get older. Its about taking you to that next level in your sport. Its about having energy to play with your kids in the back yard without that feeling of exhaustion. Its about improving every single aspect of your life. And... its also about looking good Because who doesnt want to look better. The point is when measuring progress dont just look at the visual things that you can see. Think about how your fitness journey has completely enhanced your life. If you havent started your own journey yet I challenge you to just begin. Find a good workout program that has strength training in it. Stop with the endless hours of cardio that isnt getting you anywhere and find a program or a trainer with some lifting in it.
